I have a gorgeous wife and three children that I could never thank God enough for.
I'm an amateur chef and mixologist.Currently, Vietnamese food and Shabu Shabu is a recurring theme, but if I had to choose one genre, it's Baja and Northwest Mexican cuisine. Agua chile and Tijuana style tacos for life. On the cocktail side, I riff off the classics like sours and manhattans.
In the last several years, I've picked up golf. I love it, and hate it, and love it again. IYKYK. It's actually something I get to enjoy with my wife who played in college!
I don't think I could live anywhere else after living my entire life in Southern California, but I not so secretly love the cool weather and coastal redwoods up north.

Believe it or not, I bought my first digital camera because I wanted to post photos to Myspace. When I was in college, I bought a medium format camera for a photo course, and within a couple of semesters I ended up dropping classes and stopped taking on a full load because I would regularly find myself skipping other classes to spend 12 hours a day in the darkroom. I connected so deeply with the art and craft of photography, I feel incredibly fortunate that I’ve been able to build a life doing what I love.
Over the last 15 years after getting married, having children, and shooting hundreds of weddings in between, I still love connecting with my couples and showing up for their day as much as I did for the very first wedding I shot. It's YOUR day, and I'm here for it. I'm here for the tears at the first look, the shy little flower girl that needs to be coaxed down the aisle, the unmatched golden light of Southern California during your portraits, and I'm definitely here for the party after all the formalities!
